You'll upload a photo of your ID (KTP / passport) through a secure form in your account settings. Our system scans it automatically and cross-checks your name and ID number against your registration data. If everything matches, your account is verified within a few minutes. If there's a mismatch — for example, your registered name is "John Doe" but your ID says "Johanes Doe" — we'll flag it and ask you to clarify or re-upload.
We never sell your ID data to third parties. Your documents are encrypted and stored in our secure servers, accessible only to our compliance team when they need to verify your account during a withdrawal review. You can view or delete your uploaded documents in Settings → Privacy & Data after your account is closed.
If you live in Jakarta, Surabaya, Bandung, Medan, Semarang, or Yogyakarta, the verification process is the same — we do not have region-specific rules. Once verified, you can withdraw up to your account balance without re-verifying unless we flag a suspicious transaction.

When you deposit via e-wallet on xworld, you enter your amount, and our system redirects you to mobile banking to authenticate. Same speed as local payment — your balance updates within seconds.



Bank virtual accounts — mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet
If you prefer traditional bank transfers, we generate a unique virtual account number for you. When you select "Bank Transfer" in your deposit menu, we show you account numbers for mobile banking, local payment, online payment, or e-wallet. Pick one and transfer the amount from your own bank account to that virtual account.
Virtual account deposits take a few minutes (often subject to verification, depending on bank processing). We monitor your xworld virtual account continuously, so as soon as we detect the incoming transfer, we credit your balance. You'll see a notification in your account history.
Each bank virtual account is tied to your xworld account, so money sent to your mobile banking virtual account is locked to your account only — no other xworld user can claim it. This is safer than sending funds to a shared company account.
Two-factor authentication and password security
After registration, we recommend enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) in Settings → Security. When 2FA is on, you'll need to enter a six-digit code from your phone (via SMS or an authenticator app) every time you log in from a new device. This protects your account if someone learns your password.
Your password should be at least 8 characters, include uppercase and lowercase letters, and avoid birthdays or simple words. We do not enforce these rules during signup, but we strongly suggest them. If your account is compromised, the hacker can empty your balance before you notice.
Withdrawal process and verification windows
To withdraw, go to your account dashboard, click "Withdraw," and select your payment method. You can only withdraw to the method you used for your most recent deposit — this prevents fraud. If you deposited via local payment, you'll withdraw to your online payment account. If you used a e-wallet virtual account, we'll transfer funds back to your mobile banking account.
Enter the amount (minimum our welcome offer, maximum your account balance) and click "Request Withdrawal." Our system checks your KYC status. If you're verified, the withdrawal is processed immediately — funds typically arrive within a few minutes for e-wallets (local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment) and within one business day for bank transfers (e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment).
If you're not yet verified, we'll ask you to upload your ID before processing. Verification adds an extra step but is usually complete within hours.

Account limits and spending preferences
xworld does not enforce spending limits — that is a choice you make for yourself. However, your account settings include a "Spending Notes" field where you can record your own monthly budget. You can review your deposit history and spending in Settings → Transaction History to track how much you've used.
Some users set aside a dedicated xworld balance for entertainment during Liga 1 season or Idul Fitri holidays and do not add more funds until the next month. Others play year-round with smaller, consistent amounts. Your account is yours — we do not restrict how often you deposit or play as long as you comply with local law.
Payment method management and switching
You can add multiple payment methods to your xworld account and switch between them. Go to Settings → Payment Methods to see your linked e-wallet, mobile banking, local payment, online payment, e-wallet, mobile banking, or bank accounts. You can add a new e-wallet, remove an old one, or mark one as your primary deposit method.
When you switch payment methods, your balance is not affected — it stays in your xworld account regardless of which method you use. If you deposit via local payment one week and online payment the next, your balance is combined.
Data privacy and account closure
Your xworld account data — name, email, phone, transaction history — is stored encrypted in our servers. We use this data only for account management, KYC verification, and fraud prevention. We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for marketing without your consent.
If you want to close your account, go to Settings → Account Management and request closure. We'll ask you to withdraw your remaining balance first. Once your account is closed, we retain your transaction data for Indonesian regulatory compliance (typically 5 years) but you cannot log in or access your account.
